Councilman Snough had the town put a warrant out for Centicles’ arrest for “breaking and entering,” “invasion of privacy,” and “libel.” The legionaire responsibile for the village was arrested and sentenced to public execution at the exact moment of the Winter Solstice. Snough expects a breakout from Centicles’ helpers, but not the delivery of gifts and coal. He has the Ice Knights guarding the legionaire. If tracked down and cornered, he will summon a 6th-level iridescent serpent and an articine3 for protection.
